Terms of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When Can You Return the Item?

Returns are only accepted in case of a damaged/defective watch received by the buyer or a wrong item received by the buyer. As we provide all actual pictures, details, and videos of products beforehand, we don’t accept returns other than in the mentioned scenarios. However, Exceptional cases are considered in that regard. If the watch is working and proper as promised by us, then no refund case will be entertained.

When Will Your Refund Be Credited to Your Account?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take at least 3-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Who Bears Shipping Charges for Returns?

The charges to send the item back to us are to be totally on the buyer, whereas in exchanges, when we send the item again to the buyer, we bear all expenses.

Do not mention replica items: If you purchased a replica item, please do not mention this when opening a dispute with PayPal. Instead, please state that you purchased a regular item.
